The high-temperature continuous desulfurization machine for reclaimed rubber developed by Jiangsu Hongding Environmental Protection Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. is a new product with no sewage discharge and better solves environmental pollution. This equipment desulfurizes reclaimed rubber at high temperature through twin-screws, and it is continuously carried out in a dry state. The equipment has the characteristics of simple process, easy to master, low labor intensity, no need for boiler, low power consumption, low investment and small floor space.
With the same production capacity of the new rubber desulfurizer and rubber powder desulfurizer, the total investment in the kneading mechanochemical desulfurization equipment is about half that of the dynamic tank desulfurization equipment and its environmental protection and auxiliary facilities. The rubber desulfurization machine mainly uses electric heating equipment to heat the rubber and provide a uniform temperature for the rubber to be vulcanized. In this way, the elasticity and wear resistance of the vulcanized product will be better than traditional vulcanization. During the vulcanization process, the rubber changes from linear structure macromolecular cross-linking to network structure macromolecular cross-linking, resulting in a significant improvement in the mechanical properties of the rubber compound. The formation of step cross-links must be formed under rapid heating conditions of electrical energy. If the desulfurization process is adopted, the desulfurized products will be more thorough and cleaner.
Equipment operation principle:
The reclaimed rubber desulfurization plasticizer adopts the normal pressure sulfur breaking and plasticizing process. The vulcanized rubber powder is uniformly mixed with softener and activator, and is heated, insulated, and cooled in the double-spiral plasticizing host to produce regenerated rubber powder. One of the double helices moves back and forth under hydraulic drive, effectively solving the problem of rubber powder bonding equipment.
